Our Swiftwater Level I, II, III operational courses are the perfect courses for any public safety team member that has swiftwater in their response area. Because the majority of public safety dives are conducted in contaminated/ swift moving water, it is critical to know how to mitigate: potential health risks and cross contamination into vehicle and home. We focus on response times to effect rescues. Additional subjects that are discussed in the classroom are practical knot tying skills, physiology, proper team staging, rescuer safety, just to name a few.
