Shipping policies:
Orders are shipped via UPS within 24 hours of receipt of payment providing inventory is in stock. All items will be packaged according to UPS standards for safe delivery. Shipping charges are based on the weight and destination of your order and are calculated during the in the payment process.

Payment policies:
Payments via credit card, paypal, check and money order are accepted online for all purchases.

We now accept orders by phone at (970) 261-1334. Please have your name, address, credit card number, and product item numbers ready when you call.

Online payment security:
The Public Safety Dive Supply LLC website uses the industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) security protocol to transfer all credit card payment information safely through the internet when making a payment online using a credit card. Public Safety Dive Supply LLC does not save any of your credit card information in our database, only your contact and order information.

Domestic orders:
We currently ship to all states in the United States. Shipping to addresses in the state of Colorado require a sales tax of 4.9% to be added to your order. Shipping rates are based on UPS ground rates unless otherwise requested.

No substitutions guarantee:
Public Safety Dive Supply LLC provides its customers with the best professional gear in the industry. We will not substitute any product you order without written approval from the customer first.

Refunds, returns and exchanges.
If you have already placed your order and would like to cancel it before it ships or would like to request a refund, please send an email to sales@psddive.com with your order number and request immediately.

If for any reason you are unhappy with any item, simply contact us at (970) 261-1334 or sales@psdive.com to receive instructions and a return authorization number (RA#). No products will be received at our warehouse without an RA# on the box next to the label in black marker and included inside the package to speed the processing of your exchange/return. Return authorization numbers are only valid for fourteen (14) days from your date of purchase. Products returned after the expiration date or without an RA# will be refused.

Product must be in the same new condition AND WITH ORIGINAL PACKAGING SEALS NOT BROKEN as when received by you the customer. Returns/Exchanges must be called in within 14 days of receipt and we will give you a refund minus the shipping costs and a twenty percent (20%) restocking fee for said product. If a customer returns items from an order with free shipping and if by returning these items the purchase price becomes lower than the required amount for free shipping, Public Safety Dive Supply LLC will deduct the amount that the customer would have been charged for shipping the items that the customer keeps, from their refund.

Packaging your exchange/return item(s):

• Pack the item securely in the original package, if possible.
• Enclose a copy of your invoice with the item. If you cannot send your invoice, please include your order number, billing name, and address with the item.
• All products must be returned in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to insure full credit.
• All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return. Ship the return package to:

• Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to insure that the package is returned to the warehouse.
• You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.

Our Standard Return policies do not apply to all items. For a list of exceptions to our Standard Return policies and instructions on how to return these particular items please read our Return Exceptions policy.

Return exceptions policy:
We cannot accept returns on rope, webbing, and electronic products as per United States and OSHA liability laws.

We do not accept returns on BCD, lighting products, products marked as “clearance” items. If a clearance item arrives broken or defective, we will gladly exchange it for the same item.

Warnings / Waiver of liability:
Public Safety Dive Supply LLC and all company officers/employees, and all subsidiaries and suppliers/manufacturers distributes products for uses in water operations. Specifically divisions of the military, Navy, Air Force, Army, Marines, Coast Guard, FBI, Fire Departments, Law Enforcement, public safety dive teams and search and rescue teams etc.

Many of the products we distribute are designed and tested specifically for fire, rescue, industrial and technical rope work. The user is responsible for following NFPA, OSHA, ANSI, CSA, UL, MSHA, NIOSH, FEMA and homeland security, and all other applicable State and Federal regulations regarding the use of these products.

All of these activities are inherently dangerous and present the risk of SERIOUS INJURY and/or DEATH.

The product information contained in catalogs, brochures and websites is not a substitute for qualified, personal instruction. Any person using any offered products is responsible for obtaining qualified instruction on the proper use, techniques and limitations involved in such use.

Inspect all equipment before each use and destroy any gear or material components that are damaged, worn or does not pass inspection. Any person using products purchase from said store is responsible for the proper care and maintenance of these products.

IMPROPER USE, ABUSE AND/OR LACK OF PROPER MAINTENANCE WILL INCREASE THE RISK OF SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH.

Any person using said products in any maner, assumes all risks and responsibly for any damage or injury, including death, which may result from the use of any said product. Public Safety Dive Supply is NOT responsible for injury or Death.

Any litigation involving this product will be Colorado State pursuant to Colorado law or in the state, Country of manufacture as per the individual products region of manufacture.

All information collected by Public Safety Dive Supply LLC is used by Public Safety Dive Supply LLC only. No customer information is ever given or sold to anyone outside the Public Safety Dive Supply organization.
